<h1 dir="auto"><strong>Today there is a strike!</strong></h1> <p dir="auto">You are not employed directly by Zalando, but through a temporary‑employment agency? Then you must not be assigned to work there today. This does <strong>not</strong> mean that you will go without pay. On the contrary: your employer has to pay you as if you had worked. These hours may <strong>not be deducted from your working‑time account</strong>.</p> <h3 dir="auto">What you have to do</h3> <ol dir="auto" start="1"> <li class="text-start">Inform your employer that a strike is taking place.</li> <li class="text-start">Ask whether you are required to work at a different location today.</li> </ol> <p dir="auto">If no alternative workplace is assigned to you, <strong>you must still be paid in full</strong>.</p> <p dir="auto">The same applied on the previous strike days.
