Today there is a strike!

You are not employed directly by Zalando, but through a temporary‑employment agency? Then you must not be assigned to work there today. This does not mean that you will go without pay. On the contrary: your employer has to pay you as if you had worked. These hours may not be deducted from your working‑time account.

What you have to do

1. Inform your employer that a strike is taking place.
2. Ask whether you are required to work at a different location today.

If no alternative workplace is assigned to you, you must still be paid in full.

The same applied on the previous strike days. If you were not paid regularly on a strike day or the hours were taken from your working‑time account, please get in touch with us!
